JW Marriott Rolls Out 'JW Treatment' By Mother New York


JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts has unveiled The JW Treatment in collaboration with the award-winning Mother New York, an independent creative agency.

The brand’s new campaign, their largest and most-integrated global one to date, features a contemporary, multifaceted movement in print, digital and video, drawing inspiration from namesake founder’s famous quote: “Take care of your employees and they’ll take care of your customers.” 

Shot at the recently opened JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa, The JW Treatment is told through the eyes of the associates of JW Marriott, reinforcing how the essence of true luxury reveals itself through people who have passion in what they do. Across the campaign, the hotel associates make for its biggest voice, offering their personal and unique interpretations of The JW Treatment.

Also starring in the video are the brand’s five esteemed chefs, including Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Perbellini of JW Marriott Venice and the award-winning Pastry Chef Roger Fok of JW Marriot Hong Kong.
