Swarovski Unveils Atelier Swarovski Home for the Ultra-Modern Dwelling


Combining some of the world’s most esteemed designers and emerging talents from the international scenes, Atelier Swarovski Home first made its debut at the 2016 Salone del Mobile. Swarovski’s luxury home accessories line showcases some fascinatingly exquisite pieces by internationally acclaimed designers including Daniel Libeskind, Raw Edges, Ron Arad, Fredrikson Stallard, Aldo Bakker, Tomás Alonso, Kim Thomé, Tord Boontje and the late Zaha Hadid.

The collection represents the infinite ways that crystal can blend and transform in creative design, such as in Daniel Libeskind’s majestic chess set titled Architecture and the City. The set features an intruiguing mix including Wave Cut crystal, silver, concrete, marble, resin and 5-axis machined anodized aluminum. In addition to Libeskind’s masterpiece, Ron Arad showcases the stark brilliance of stand-alone crystal, while Aldo Bakker exhibits the clean sophistication of minimalist crystal.

The collection encapsulates an eclectic array of home accessories and centerpieces, seamlessly combining unexpected materials against each other while engaging in Swarovski’s latest technologies including crystal printing and the never-before-seen Wave Cut technique, a revolutionary technique unique to Swarovski.
