Here are seven colourful and striking men’s watches that will look good on ladies’ wrists too.

Harry Winston High Complication Histoire de Tourbillon 8

Harry Winston’s new Histoire de Tourbillon 8 features a two-biaxial tourbillon design. The two large tourbillon cages perform a slow ballet with impressive precision. Together, these tourbillons display time through the use of two off-centre cones, housed in a large white gold case dedicated entirely to the grand complication. Comprised of 117 components, each biaxial tourbillon weighs no more than 0.76 grams. Available in two color variations, each version is an exclusive 10-piece limited-edition. The first color variation is pure anthracite and the second version (above) features dark gray with intense red accents.

Ulysse Nardin Limited Edition Hourstriker Pin-Up

The delightful daring of the burlesque dancer is brought alluringly to life by the craft of Ulysse Nardin. In a limited edition of 28 rose gold and platinum timepieces, each edition features a miniature painting on the dial and Jaquemarts to highlight the watch’s hourstriker function. The charming and delicate figure gazes seductively out at the viewer, posing in her high heel sandals with a flower in her hair and her modesty barely hidden by colourful peacock feathers. Acrylic colors are applied and mixed directly on the dial, as the tiniest details come to life through the use of extremely delicate brushes. Richard Mille RM 50-02 ACJ

Limited to only 30 pieces, the RM 50-02 ACJ is only available in Richard Mille boutiques. The watch’s case is made of Titanium-Aluminum (TiAl). It exhibits an extreme rigidity and is much lighter than classical titanium alloys. This Titanium-Aluminum is the same alloy as that used in the Airbus for its jet turbine blades. In a manner similar to a car’s gearbox, the function indicator allows you to see the winding, neutral and hand setting positions as the crown is pulled out. Each position is indicated via a hand at 4 o’clock displaying the following functions: W (Winding) – N (Neutral) – H (Hands).

Greubel Forsey Art Piece Edition 2

This timepiece is capable of embodying the quintessence of an idea and appearing first and foremost as a means of artistic expression. Greubel Forsey's Art Piece 2 – Edition 2 pushes the boundaries of creativity even further. The Double Tourbillon 30° appears to be a moving sculpture. Here, the indication of time is secondary: a push-piece that controls a bistable mechanism needs to be activated in order to obtain an indication of the hours and minutes. This timepiece, signed by Robert Greubel and Stephen Forsey, will be released as a limited edition of only a few pieces per year.
