Here Are 6 of Baselworld 2017’s Most Covetable Ladies Watches

The annual Baselworld watch fair may have already ended but the watches are usually not available till next year, leaving us wondering why the horology world has not hopped on the 'See Now, Buy Now' bandwagon. However, the good news is that you can do your homework on the hottest timepieces to get, but first, here are our picks:

Rolex's Oyster Perpetual Lady-Datejust 28

The Cadillac pink dial of this house classic by Rolex does feminine without being overly saccharine. It comes with an updated M-sized 28mm case and keeps the reliable Superlative Chronometer calibre that withstand shocks up to 10 times more than traditional ones in the market.

Chanel's Mademoiselle J12

We heard there’s already a waiting list for this 555-piece watch which comes with that adorable mini Coco Chanel figurine on the dial. Her hands are the hour and minute hands of the watch. There’s also an all-black version in case your luck runs out with this white piece.

Blancpain's Villeret Quantieme A Phase De Lune

If it wasn’t for Blancpain, that antique feminine complication called the moon-phase which the brand popularised in the ’80s would not have been commonplace today. It reinvents the moon face design with a coquettish twist this time round thanks to the beauty mark next to the smile.

Breguet's Reine De Naples 8918

The coffee-hued Tahitian mother-of-pearl of this feminine classic timepiece is possibly one of the prettiest dials we’ve spotted at the fair this year.

Bulgari's The New Serpenti

The Serpenti watch can now be customised, thanks to the option of switching the strap between a karung snakeskin or a calfskin versions that come with each purchase. Taking in consideration the different styles and designs of the watch case, dial and strap colours, it is said that there can be up to 312 different combinations. We’re sold.

Hublot's Classic Fusion Chronograph Italia Independent King Gold

Technically, this is a men’s timepiece that Hublot designed with its long-time collaborator and one of the best-dressed men in the world, Lapo Elkaan. The use of the heritage menswear fabrics by high-end textile house Rubinacci on the strap and dial is just too handsome to resist.
