An enchanted garden: Gucci Spring/Summer Exhibition

Gucci presented its Spring/Summer 2013 Men’s and Women’s collections late last month. On March 22, the ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands was transformed into an enchanting floral garden. The event showcased a fashion show and Gucci’s Flora Icon exhibition.

Fifty key looks were presented during the fashion show representing the essence of the Spring/Summer 2013 collections. The collections featured Spring/Summer 2013’s bold colors and audacious stylings. Bringing back the 1970s, the new collection gave us a new-fangled take on bygone styles of tunics and trumpet sleeves. Meanwhile, aside from archival ready-to-wear pieces from the 1970s, the Flora exhibit also displayed four exquisite gowns from the Gucci Premiere couture collection. And boy were they oh-so-desirable!

More than 200 guests were in attendance for this stunningly beautiful affair – take it from us, we were there too!
