Man Caves: Porsche Design Tower in Miami

Like the Jetsons, tenants in the upcoming PorscheDesignTower in Miami, will be able to park their cars in garages right beside their high-rise apartments – somewhat similar to the Hamilton Scotts apartments in Singapore. The 60-storey building is set to open in 2016. The cool factor of the PorscheDesignTower does not just end with these “sky garages”.

There are six “man caves” up for sale too. Costing between US$1.8 million and US$2.5 million each, the spaces can hold four, six or nine cars in the respective garages. These man caves include a gallery-like area where the cars can be displayed, a living-room, a billiard table and a bar. Located on the third floor, the man caves are meant to be spaces where the owner can entertain his/her friends with a great views of the cars and the ocean.

Other services at the PorscheDesignTower will include 24-hour valet and security, a spa, a sun deck with a pool and a beverage service, a gym, a ballroom, a movie theatre and a game room. The units are priced from US$4.5 to US$25 million.
